Courses from Romedia Group Ltd. ("Ben Rowlands Music") are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a course isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
How to request a refund
Email support@romediagroup.co.uk from the address used to purchase, quoting your order number, within 30 days of purchase. We aim to respond within one working day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically clear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
When a refund is not available
Our courses are digital and delivered in full, immediately on purchase. Refunds are therefore not available where:
- More than 50% of the course has been watched. Course progress is tracked automatically, and beyond this point you have received substantial value from the material.
- The request is made more than 30 days after purchase.
- The product was expressly marked "non-refundable" at the point of sale.
- We reasonably determine the refund policy is being abused - for example, repeated purchase and refund of the same or similar courses.

Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect them.
